John A. Golubski, 74, a retired steel worker and World War II veteran, died Tuesday (March 24, 1998) in Brooks Memorial Hospital, Dunkirk, after a long illness.

The Dunkirk native served in the Army during World War II and was employed by Shenango Inc. of Lackawanna for many years until his retirement.

He was a member of Post 434, American Legion, and St. Patrick's Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, the former Anita R. Biscaro, and two sisters, Mary Wlodarek and Esther Washington, both of Dunkirk.

Services will be private. Burial will be in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Fredonia.
