A New Jersey man has filed a lawsuit accusing his former male boss of sexual harassment by taunting him for years about his sex life and potency.

The charges come just weeks after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously that a federal civil rights law barring on-the-job harassment between men and women also applied to workers of the same sex.

Attorney Mark Weber said machine shop worker Richard Brown, 43, filed the lawsuit last week in Passaic County Superior Court against his former boss, Ronald Ricciardi, and ex-employer Acrison Inc. of Moonachie, N.J.

According to the lawsuit, Ricciardi would ask Brown if he and his wife were still having sex.

Brown, who quit in 1996, is seeking a little more than $1 million plus punitive damages.
