Annika Sorenstam, who was feeling ill, pulled out of Tuesday's pro-am at the $1 million Nabisco Dinah Shore, but her agent said she will be ready Thursday when the tournament begins in Rancho Mirage, Calif.

"There's no way she's not going to go," said Mark Steinberg.

Sorenstam, who tied for fourth last week at the Standard Register Ping in Phoenix where Liselotte Neumann beat Rosie Jones in a three-hole playoff, is one of the favorites in the first major of the year.

Three-time Nabisco Dinah Shore winner Betsy King is the defending champion in the limited-field event of 102 pros and four amateurs at Mission Hills Country Club.
