The Clarence School Board will continue 1998-99 budget deliberations in a workshop at 5:30 p.m. today in the district office, 8545 Main St.

At Monday's board meeting, Superintendent Thomas G. Coseo said the workshop will include suggestions for reducing the $40.2 million preliminary budget presented to trustees earlier this month.

Coseo said he also will share revenue projections for next year and seek board advice on various budget matters. He said a follow-up session is set for 5:30 p.m. next Tuesday in the district office.

School Board President James A. Powers said the board will adopt a budget at the next regular meeting April 27 in the Sheridan Hill Elementary School. He said a budget information session is scheduled for 7 p.m. April 20 in Clarence Middle School.
