The deadline for team applications for the 5th annual Hamburg 24-hour relay challenge is March 31. the relay will be held May 30-31 at Howe Field at Hamburg High School.
The event has raised more than $30,000 to help youth and community groups in the Town of Hamburg. Teams of 10 from schools and adult organizations in the Hamburg area will participate in a 24 hour relay, camp-out, in which team members will take turns walking or running a mile at a time on the high school's all-weather track. The relay is drug and alcohol free and stresses cooperation and understanding.
