World record-holder and silver medalist Chris Witty won her second straight World Cup Final 1,000-meter speedskating race at West Allis, Wis.

On Saturday, she won the 8,000 (5-mile). From the U.S. team, Elva Dryer placing eighth and Amy Rudolph ninth.
