Cattaraugus County sheriff's deputies arrested a man and teen-ager on charges of possessing marijuana in a home where they also said they found a sawed-off shotgun.
Deputies arrested Jonathan Lendvay, 42, of 7503 Route 240, along with Mandy Backus, 17, of Great Valley. Lendvay was charged with weapon and marijuana possession. Miss Backus was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
Deputies said they obtained a search warrant after seeing marijuana paraphernalia in the home while responding to an unrelated incident there.
Deputies did not specify how much marijuana was found during the 1 a.m. search.
