David C. Young, 42, of Youngsville crossed the center line on Route 6 in Brokenstraw Township at 10:30 p.m., police said.
The other driver, Desiree L. Henry, 19, of Pittsfield, swerved to try to avoid the oncoming pickup truck, but the vehicles collided.
Ms. Henry and one of her passengers, Bryan Labowski, 21, of Sugar Grove, were admitted to Warren General Hospital. Two other passengers were treated and released.
Young was not hurt. He was charged with driving under the influence and two counts of felony aggravated assault by vehicle. He was released on $2,500 bail.
