Two Middleport teen-agers were arrested for allegedly using a stolen credit card to make up to $1,000 worth of telephone calls over a period of 17 days, Trooper William Fish said Wednesday.
Jermaine Webster, 17, was arrested on 16 misdemeanor theft of services charges, one count of felony theft of services and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Ronald E. Bonic, 16, was arrested on 13 misdemeanor theft of services charges.
The phone calls were made between Aug. 24 and Sept. 18, Fish said. The two, who live on Ridge Road, are scheduled to appear in Hartland Town Court at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 13.
