Heitman Retail Properties has appointed Veda Holloway marketing director of McKinley Mall. She formerly was marketing director for University Mall in Carbondale, Ill.

Crowley Webb and Associates, a Buffalo advertising and public relations agency, has named Leslie Jablonski senior account executive. She formerly held the same position with the Wolf Mansfield Bolling Advertising agency in Buffalo. Ms. Jablonski holds a bachelor's degree in business studies from Buffalo State College.

A.G. Edwards, an Amherst investment firm, has named Raymond J. Beback and Peter Williams investment brokers. Previously a portfolio manager with M&T Bank's Trust and Investment Services, Beback is a graduate of the University at Buffalo. Williams formerly worked at Grunthal & Co. in New York City. He is a graduate of Geneseo State College.

The Erie/Ontario Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professional Association has honored Ellen Grant Bishop for her achievements in the mental health and substance abuse fields. She is Erie County commissioner of mental health.

Tex-Port Inc., a Rochester-based computer sales and consulting firm, has named Scott Fruehauf an account executive at its location at 5355 Main St. in Williamsville. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University.

First Tier Bank & Trust in Salamanca has elected Dr. Donald Zekan to its board of directors. He is vice president of business and finance at St. Bonaventure University.

QMC Technologies Inc. in Depew, a manufacturer of stainless steel fittings and couplings, has presented William Seguin and Jason Miller with its Team Award for their outstanding attitude and effort.

Heritage Centers, a provider of comprehensive quality services for those with disabilities and their families, has promoted Karen Mayweather to coordinator of direct services for its Heritage Education Program. She has been with the center since 1978, most recently as team leader. The center also has named Louis M. Speranza a senior accountant. He previously was assistant financial reporting manager for the Smithsonian Institution.
