'DO NOT REMOVE' TAG

A sales tag for babies? Well, sort of. Looking for ways to guard against infant abduction, more and more maternity wards are attaching to the ankles or wrists of newborns a miniature anti-theft tag like those used on retail merchandise, says U.S. News & World Report.
