Seattle Mariners pitcher Randy Johnson has grown weary of the trade rumors and uncertainty about his future and is ready to move on.
"I'd just as soon they trade me," Johnson told The News Tribune of Tacoma in an interview Sunday.
"If I had my wish, I would have already been traded by now. I mean it is an uncomfortable situation knowing I am not going to be there beyond next year."
Johnson, a 34-year-old left-hander, is 75-20 since 1993, going 20-4 with a 2.28 ERA last season and 291 strikeouts.
