IRS SHOULD TEND COWS

The Internal Revenue Service recently ordered a dairy to take the Lapp's milk check to pay off a debt that the IRS pulled out of thin air. Any dairy farmer knows that the biggest chunk of money from the sale of milk goes right back into the operating expenses of the farm. The IRS should be responsible for herd health and the daily operation of the business or be charged with endangering the health of the animals.
