MADELINE DUGAS

Madeline Dugas, 90, of Willow Avenue, a former employee of the Nabisco Shredded Wheat plant and Kimberly-Clark Co., died Friday (Dec. 26, 1997) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a short illness.

A native of Tweed, Ont., the former Madeline Goulah moved to Niagara Falls when she was a young woman. Mrs. Dugas was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church and she enjoyed cooking.

Her husband, Allen M., died in 1981. Mrs. Dugas' granddaughter, Kim Johnson, moved in with her grandmother and took care of her for the last 17 years. Survivors also include three other grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 2486 Grand Ave., following prayers at 9 in Zajac Funeral Home, 319 24th St. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston.
