The time is overdue for Ralph Wilson to step in and make changes at the top instead of sitting back and letting the chips fall where they may. Let's put Marv Levy and John Butler out of their misery.

There is no way Levy, who will be 73, will turn this team around in a few years. For an owner to even think that is ludicrous. It only took two short years for Jimmy Johnson to take the hopeless Dolphins and make them a playoff contender. Johnson won back-to-back Super Bowls with discipline, not by preaching philosophy.
