Faustina L. Brusino, a native of Italy, died Friday (Dec. 26, 1997) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston.
Mrs. Brusino, 88, of Greenview Road, was born Faustina Cipollone in Franca Villa Mar Abruzzi, Italy. She moved with her family to Canada when she was three years old. The family then lived in North Tonawanda and there she received her education. In 1929 she moved to Niagara Falls.
She was a member the Angels Association of Niagara University and of St. Leo's Catholic Church.
Her husband, Frank B. Sr., died in 1960.
Mrs. Brusino is survived by a son, Frank B. Jr. of Grand Island; a daughter, Geraldine; a brother, Frank Cipollone of North Tonawanda; a sister, Eva Manfredi of Syracuse; three grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Leo's Catholic Church, 2748 Military Road, after prayers at 9 in M.J. Colucci & Son Funeral Chapel, 468 19th St., Niagara Falls. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Niagara Falls.
