IRENE V. SOOCK

Buffalo native Irene V. Soock died Wednesday (Dec. 24, 1997) in Columbia Park Medical Center, Orlando, Fla., after a long illness. She was 80.

The former Irene Popp moved to Orlando from Buffalo in 1975 and worked as a food demonstrator for Costco Warehouses. She was a member of Blessed Trinity Catholic Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Judi L. Bonafede of Kissimmee, Fla., and Esther McDonald of Los Angeles; a son, John L. of Homosassa, Fla.; three sisters, Rose Williams of Buffalo, Julia Kovach of Kenmore and Mary Johnson of Hamburg; a brother, John Popp of Yuma, Ariz.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be held in Florida.
