TWO ACCUSED OF POURING BLEACH IN MAN'S EYES

Two men who allegedly poured bleach in a Prospect Avenue man's eyes Sunday night were apprehended by police, authorities said.

Robert Anderson, age unavailable, of Prospect and Gerald Rafalco, 57, of Johnson Park were charged with second-degree assault, according to Central District Officers Frank Gizzo and David Littere, the arresting officers.

David Dahl told police the men beat him with a wooden cane and poured the fluid into his eyes at 9:50 p.m. at the rooming house where he lives in the 100 block of Prospect, authorities said.

He was treated in Buffalo General Hospital and later released.
