Sale of small parcels of foreclosed county lands in the towns of Aurora, Hamburg and West Seneca won approval of the Erie County Legislature last week.
Legislators voted to sell a 280-by-100 foot lot on Big Tree Road in East Aurora to Brian and Martha Townson of 1153 Big Tree for $400. The Townsons own adjacent land.
Edward A. Jarczyk of 90A Garden Village Drive in Cheektowaga, was accepted as buyer of three West Seneca lots at $200 each. Two are on D'Angelo Street and one on Chestnut Street in the same general area.
Frank Hejmanowski, 3890 Cornell St., Hamburg, was approved to buy a 28 by 118 Ft. lot next door for $100.
