Catherine M. Glover, 77, a retired welder, died Saturday (Dec. 20, 1997) in her Youngstown-Lockport Road home after a long illness. She was under the care of Niagara Hospice.
The former Catherine Trowbridge was born in Alfred. She was a welder at Harrison Radiator Division, General Motors Corp., in Lockport from 1952 to 1978, when she retired.
Mrs. Glover enjoyed camping and gardening.
She and her husband, Homer G., were married 47 years.
Survivors also include three daughters, Donna Julias of Tuscaloosa, Ala., Brenda Bills and Jessica McCue; three sisters, Gertrude Barnes of Allegany, Irene Heck of Newfane and Hilda Roderick of Olean; a brother, William Trowbridge of Chipmonk; 11 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services were held today in Hardison Funeral Home. Burial was in North Ridge Cemetery, Cambria.[prhska]
