Prophet's Warning beat Mil Kilates by one-half length to win the $112,000 Ladies Handicap at Aqueduct and then survived a foul claim by the runner-up's rider.
Prophet's Warning, ridden by Jorge Chavez, covered 1 1/4 miles in 2:06 1/5 for her fourth victory in nine starts this year.
The 4-year-old filly earned $67,620 for her owner, Jane Lyon.
Mil Kilates, racing as part of the favored entry with Memory Call, was runner-up in the 10-horse field, another 6 1/2 -lengths ahead of Biogio's Rose.
Mil Kilates' jockey, Mike Smith, claimed Prophet Warning had interfered with his mount in the stretch. The judges did not agree.
Prophet's Warning returned $11.80, $5 and $3.60. The Mil Kilates-Memory Call entry paid $2.80 and $2.30 and Biogio's Rose was $3.40 to show.
