Mary A. Healey, 75, of Niagara Avenue, a homemaker, died Friday (Dec. 19, 1997) in Sisters Hospital, Buffalo, after a short illness.
A native of Washington, D.C., the former Mary Athey moved to Niagara Falls in 1950. She was a member of the Golden Age Club and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Portage Post 1465.
She enjoyed arts and crafts and playing bingo.
Her husband, James A. Healey, died in 1981.
Survivors include three sons, Harold F., Patrick H. Sr. and Michael; a daughter, Elizabeth A. Moyer; a brother, George of Maryland; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 8:30 p.m. Monday in the Zajac Funeral Home, 319 24th St. Burial will be in Pennsylvania.
