Lockport Savings Bank maintains the New York Public Interest Research Group incorrectly selected one of the thrift's value-added checking accounts rather than its regular, so-called personal checking account for comparison in its annual bank fee survey. In an Oct. 17 story on the survey, an accompanying chart showed a substantial increase in charges linked to Lockport's regular checking accounts. There has been no change.

In text accompanying two recent photographs of historic Buffalo-area aircraft, a pioneering Bell helicopter being installed in the new airport terminal and a Curtiss biplane hanging in the Rich Products complex, it should have been noted that both are owned now by the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society.
