INDIA IMPOSES CURFEW ON KASHMIR AFTER ATTACKS

India slapped a nighttime curfew on the de facto frontier with Pakistan in Kashmir Wednesday after a series of grenade explosions in the disputed territory, the Press Trust of India.

Police said at least 17 people were injured in attacks by suspected separatist militants. The 6:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew will apply to a three-mile strip on the Indian side.
