MURDER CASE GOES TO HEARING

The murder case against Roger E. Fish Jr. of Genesee will be presented in a preliminary hearing before District Justice Delores Bristol Friday.

Fish, 25, is accused of first-degree murder and other counts in the shotgun slaying Oct. 15 of James D. Manny, 29, of Mills. The slaying occurred at Fish's home in the hamlet of Genesee, 11 miles south of Wellsville.

Fish has been held without bail in the Potter County Jail in Coudersport since the morning after the shooting, troopers said.
