FIVE POUNDS OF WONDERFUL FUDGE
1/2 cup butter OR margarine
1can (regular size) evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 pound marshmallows
2ounces unsweetened chocolate
2packages (6 ounces each) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3packages (4 ounces each) sweet baking chocolate
2cups chopped nuts
Combine butter, milk and sugar in a Dutch oven. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil; cover. Boil for 5 minutes and then remove from heat.
Add marshmallows; stir until melted. Add the three kinds of chocolate, one kind at a time, stirring until melted.
Add vanilla and nuts; blend. Pour into a buttered jelly roll (10-by-15-inch) pan. Let stand until firm; cut into squares.
