S. BUFFALO FIRE DAMAGES EX-SCHOOL

A fire early Monday at a former school in South Buffalo caused an estimated $150,000 in damage, a fire investigator said.

The cause of the three-alarm blaze at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church's former elementary school remained under investigation.

The 3 a.m. fire in the boarded-up structure at Vandalia and Alabama streets forced the evacuation of two homes, fire officials said.

No injuries were reported.
