City lights reflect off the rain-soaked pavement at the corner of Pearl and Court streets in downtown Buffalo as rain closed out the weekend. Showers that began Sunday afternoon foreshadowed heavier rain this morning, with winds gusting over 50 mph and wildly fluctuating temperatures. A National Weather Service warning was posted for high lake levels, with possible erosion and flooding. Temperatures are expected to drop into the 30s tonight.
