Martha D. Neal, 63, of 72nd Street died Saturday (Oct. 25, 1997) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a brief illness.
The former Martha Dorgan was born in Aspreth and lived in Niagara Falls since 1970.
Mrs. Neal was a director of Golden Agers at the Salvation Army in the City of Tonawanda. She enjoyed quilting.
Survivors include her husband, Edward Neal Sr.; four sons, Leon Huntoon of Ramstein, Germany, David Huntoon, Edward Neal Jr. and Samuel Neal; seven daughters, Shirley Curtis of Wellsville, Ohio, Carol Jones of Petaluma, Calif., Christine Young of Wheatfield, Theresa Abel, Rustine Brady, Martha Neal and Gabrielle Neal; a brother, Samuel Dorgan of San Antonio, Texas; three sisters, Viola Gilbert of Long Beach, Calif., Barbara Ebert of Minnesota and Ilene Maroun of Bethel, Conn.; 24 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday in the Salvation Army, 46 Broad St., City of Tonawanda.
