Cannon of Grand Island, a national architectural, engineering and planning firm, has appointed Kevin L. Sticht vice president. He will serve as director of operations for the firm's seven regional offices. With the firm since 1984, he was promoted to manager of operations for the Buffalo office in 1996. Sticht holds bachelor's and master's degrees in architecture from Oklahoma State University and a master's in business administration from the University at Buffalo.
