To raise money to maintain an architectural landmark, the Hamburg Historical Society will hold an arts and crafts show and sale Saturday and next Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Dunn House, 6902 Gowanda State Road, Hamburg.

The ArtsLink Partnership has awarded a fourth grant to Hallwalls Contemporary Arts Center to support a monthlong residency by Croatian artist Vlasta Delimar. Delimar will create a performance-based video installation during her residency here. She is the fourth Central or Eastern European artist to do work here with the help of ArtsLink. The others were Maria Zmarz Koczanowicz and Joanna Rajkowska from Poland and Jozsef Bartha from Romania.

Patrick Fagan, chief operating officer at Shea's Performing Arts Center, has been elected president of the board of directors of the Buffalo and Erie County Arts Council. Other officers are Cecile Biltekoff, vice president; Don L.Henry, treasurer, and Craig G. Centrie, secretary.

The City of Niagara Falls has extended to Nov. 15 the deadline for proposals for a public sculpture. The finished sculpture will occupy a pedestal in Hyde Park. For details, call the Castellani Art Museum at 286-8200.


The Missoula Children's Theatre, which performs "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" Nov. 15 in the University at Buffalo's Center for the Arts, holds auditions for students (kindergarten through 12th grade) on Nov. 10 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the center, on the North Campus. Fifty roles are available, and no preparation is necessary for the audition.
