ANNA M. LITZ, HEAD NURSE IN CARDIAC INTENSIVE CARE

Anna M. Litz, 47, head nurse in the cardiac intensive care unit of Buffalo General Hospital, died Sunday (Oct. 26, 1997) in Lockport Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.

Miss Litz, a native of Lockport, graduated from Buffalo General Hospital School of Nursing and had worked at Buffalo General since 1971.

A bowling enthusiast, she was president of the Allie Brandt Memorial Bowling League and treasurer of the 1260 Bowling League.

She was a member of the Critical Care Registered Nurses Association.

Survivors include two brothers, Edward and Richard.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church, 5 Saxton St., after prayers at 9:30 in Prudden & Kandt Funeral Home, 242 Genesee St.
