1:50 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Drug Court, arrest. Nancy M. Hanlon, 34, of Cudaback Avenue, charged with two counts of failure to appear.

3:57 -- 9815 Niagara Falls Blvd., petit larceny. A woman said a man took $80 from her wallet on Wednesday, said he would give it back, and later refused and threatened to harm her.

4 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrests. Dewayne G. West, 18, of 19th Street, charged with burglary and grand larceny, John R. West, 16, of 19th Street, charged with three counts of burglary, unlawful possession of marijuana, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of grand larceny, and Roy D. Barr II, 17, of Porter Road, charged with petit larceny, two counts of grand larceny and four counts of burglary.

4:16 -- 947 Ontario Ave., petit larceny. A woman said a man took her beeper.

5:14 -- 73 S. 68th St., LaSalle Yacht Club, petit larceny. Peter A. Provenzo said someone took an envelope with $450 in it from a safe in his office on Oct. 18.

6:15 -- 1813 Ferry Ave., arrest. Dorothy J. Banks, 25, of Ferry Avenue, charged with violation of probation, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of marijuana.

6:45 -- 9000 Niagara Falls Blvd., arrest. William C. Agee Sr., 28, of Ferry Avenue, charged with violation of a conditional discharge.

9:23 -- 1903 Whitney Ave., grand larceny. A Youngstown woman said a man and a woman took a refrigerator from the apartment.

11 -- 17th Street and Pierce Avenue, petit larceny. A woman said four youths approached her son, who was riding her bike, and acted hostile toward him, so the boy hopped off of the bike and ran home. The woman said she looked for the bike and found it missing.

A.M.

8:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrests. Roy D. Barr II, 17, of Porter Road, and John R. West, 16, of 19th Street, both charged with criminal mischief.

9:40 -- Highland and Fairfield avenues, assault. A 15-year-old girl said two girls beat her, scratched her, and one bit her on the face.

10:15 -- 127 12th St., arrest. William J. Lewis, 32, of 12th Street, charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

1 -- 468 Eighth St., burglary. A woman said someone kicked in the door to her apartment and took a TV, VCR and cable box.
