LushLawn Inc. broke ground Friday for a new 5,000-square-foot headquarters in the New Buffalo industrial Park.
The Marilla lawn care firm plans to relocate to the James E. Casey Drive business park in early 1998.
The six-year-old business received a $40,000 loan from the Buffalo Enterprise Development Corp. earlier this year to aid the $220,000 project.
LushLawn currently has eight employees. Company President Donald R. Potenza said he plan to hire up to 10 more people over the first three years at the new location.
The company specializes in customized lawn, tree and shrub care programs, as well as hydroseeding.
