Four of the Town of Tonawanda's volunteer fire companies will hold their annual Halloween parades and parties Oct. 31. The fifth, Ellwood Volunteer Fire Company, will hold its parade and party Saturday. All are co-sponsored by the town Parks and Recreation Department.

The Ellwood parade will form at 5:30 p.m. Saturday at Highland Plaza and will proceed at 6 p.m. along Highland Avenue to Englewood Avenue and the fire hall.

The Sheridan Park Fire Company parade will assemble at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 31 in the Parks Department maintenance parking lot on East Park Drive and proceed south on East Park Drive to Masefield Drive, then east to the Parkside
Village Community Building.

The Brighton Volunteer Fire Company parade will assemble at 6:15 p.m. Oct. 31 outside the Alexander Hamilton School, Westfall and St. Amelia drives. It will march east of St. Amelia Drive to Braxmar Road, then to Jamaica Road and the fire company grounds.

The Kenilworth Volunteer Fire Company parade will assemble at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 31 in the Kenilworth Playground, Ford and Hawthorne avenues. It will proceed south on Hawthorne Avenue to Kenilworth Avenue, then to the fire hall.

The Kenmore Volunteer Fire Company parade will march at 6 p.m. Oct. 31 from the parking lot of the Washington School, Delaware Road and Wardman Avenue, and follow Delaware Road to the Nash Road Fire Hall.
