Donald H. Weaver, a retired press operator, died Tuesday (Oct. 21, 1997) in his Wilson home. He was 56.
Weaver, of Young Street, was born in Wilson.
He had served in the Marines from 1960 to 1964 and retired in 1996 from Harrison Radiator Division, General Motors Corp., in Lockport.
Weaver was a member of Wilson Conservation Club, American Legion, Richburg Rod and Gun Club and Coyotes Unlimited and was a life member of the National Rifle Association.
Survivors include his wife, the former Ruth Robinson, and two sisters, Mary Guinn of Elizabethton, Tenn., and Bonnie Thrush.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Hamilton & Clark Funeral Home, 270 Young St.
