TOWN BOARD, JUSTICE RACES TOP AURORA TOWN BALLOT

Voters will see a three-way race for two Town Board seats and the first town justice contest in many years Nov. 4.

Former East Aurora Village Justice George M. Hezel, who won the Democratic and Republican endorsements in a three-way race during the primary, will run against Kevin D. Walsh, the sitting town justice, who has the Conservative line.

The Town Board race pits incumbents Norman K. Suttell who has Democrat, Republican, Independence and Freedom lines, and Millard A. Irving, endorsed by Republican, Conservative, Independence and Freedom parties, against challenger Phoebe M. Nicely, the endorsed Democrat.

Running unopposed are Supervisor William Green, Town Clerk Nancy Underhill and Highway Superintendent Dennis Nourse.
