Julian V. Kotarski, 75, of Chicora Road died Saturday (Oct. 18, 1997) in North Gate Manor Health Care Facility, Wheatfield, after a brief illness.
The Buffalo native served in the Army during World War II.
He lived in West Seneca from 1967 until he moved to Lewiston a year ago.
He retired after more than 25 years as a plant engineer in the maintenance department of Morrison Steel Co. in Buffalo.
Kotarski was a member of the China-Burma-India Veterans Association.
His wife, Agnes, died in 1990.
Survivors include a son, Michael; two daughters, Michelle Green of Libertyville, Ill., and Cheryl McCue of Dallas; a brother, Al of West Seneca; a sister, Millie Pieszak of Tempe, Ariz.; and seven grandchildren.
Services will be held at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday in Rhoney Funeral Home, Cayuga and South Ninth streets. Burial will be private.
