2 -- 1726 Pine Ave., larceny. A Willow Avenue man said his bicycle was stolen from in front of McDonald's.

2:20 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops Market, arrest. David S. Ashelman, 29, of Rainbow Boulevard, charged with petit larceny.

3:25 -- 775 Third St., custody interference. An Ohio woman said a man took custody of their 17-year-old daughter and has no right to do so.

3:53 -- 248 24th St., no specific charges filed. A man said a man borrowed his bike and then did not return it.

3:58 -- 600 block of Tronolone Place, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. A Michigan Avenue man said his pickup truck's passenger-side window was broken and two speakers and an amp were stolen.

4:04 -- 551 79th St., second-degree harassment. A Pershing Avenue boy said a classmate put his arm around his neck and then repeatedly punched him in the face. He added the boy had threatened him many times in the past.

4:40 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops Market, arrest. Michael R. Garcia, 40, of Pierce Avenue, charged with petit larceny.

5:48 -- 500 block of Memorial Parkway, harassment. A 44-year-old woman said a woman grabbed her, yelled profanities at her and then punched her in the shoulder.

5:58 -- 1212 Main St., arrest. Obadele R. Barnes, 26, of Ninth Street, charged with petit larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and unlawful possession of marijuana.

6:30 -- 18C Center Court, arrest. Sharon D. Rivers, 41, of Ontario Avenue, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of no seat belts and no driver's license.

7:30 -- 302 Rainbow Blvd., Leatherland, larceny. A clerk said two men distracted her and she believes another man and woman, who were with them, took two leather jackets, valued at $200 and $170.

8:20 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops Market, arrest. Kenneth A. Williams III, 40, of Chilton Avenue, charged with petit larceny. He was also charged on a warrant with failure to pay a fine.

8:30 -- 300 Third St., Radisson Hotel gift shop, criminal possession of stolen property. A man with a bag of items was acting nervous and pushed by police and fled. The bag contained nine women's wallets and eight pairs of leather gloves.

9 -- Lockport Street and North Avenue, arrest. Daisy Marie Simmons, 44, of Eighth Street, charged with two counts of no seat belts, second-degree criminal impersonation, aggravated unlicensed operation, no registration due to suspension and was charged on a warrant with failure to comply with a court order.

9:27 -- 7200 Niagara Falls Blvd., Tops Market, petit larceny. Two juveniles under 13 years of age took two lipsticks without paying.

10 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Anthony P. Soluri, 19, of Forest Avenue, charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny.

10:20 -- 400 39th St., 39th Street School, trespass. Two boys, a girl and a juvenile were on the roof of the school. A fire engine was summoned to get them down. No entry was found, and no charges were filed at this time.

12:10 -- 1317 Portage Road, second-degree burglary. Richard A. Peer said he fell asleep in his room and when he woke up a window was open and his wallet, which contained $180 and his debit card, was gone.

12:12 -- 500 block of Main Street, second-degree assault. Two intoxicated men were in a fight and one man suffered cuts to his forehead. The man was taken to the hospital for treatment but would not cooperate with a police investigation.

1 -- Main Street and Cleveland Avenue, arrest. Eddie L. Taylor, 27, of Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and an unregistered motor vehicle.

1 -- 545 Tenth St., fourth-degree criminal mischief. A man said his car's window was broken.

1:12 -- 2259 Pierce Ave., fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary. A woman said her basement window was kicked in and $100 was stolen from a bedroom dresser drawer.

3 -- 1700 block of Pierce Avenue, third-degree assault. A 37-year-old woman said a man was arguing with her, choked her, punched her and then threw her against a wall.
