MRS. MCVAY

A reception was given in the International Institute after the marriage ceremony for Yulanda E. Kent and James A. McVay Jr. Saturday at 2 p.m. in St. John Baptist Church. The Rev. Dr. Bennett W. Smith heard their vows.

Marian Tolbert Kent and James Kent of Buffalo are parents of the bride. Irene and James McVay Sr. of Cheektowaga are the bridegroom's parents. The couple will be at home in Wheatfield after taking a Caribbean cruise.

Kindergarten teacher in St. John Christian School, the bride is a Daemen College graduate. The bridegroom, a University at Buffalo graduate, is a pharmaceutical sales specialist for Purdue Frederick Co.

Mrs. Sieber
Wendy S. Graf and Scott A. Sieber were united in marriage Saturday at 3 p.m. in Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Depew, by the Rev. James N. Jerge.

A reception was given in Kiebzak's Beginnings for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elroy W. Graf of Cheektowaga and the son of Joan Sieber of Cheektowaga and the late Ronald J. Sieber. The newly married couple are traveling to Jamaica.

A graduate of Villa Maria College, the bride is a graphic artist with Koehler-Gibson Marking & Graphics.

The bridegroom was graduated from Erie Community College and is employed by United Parcel Service.

Mrs. Ward
A reception was given in Sheraton Hotel Buffalo after the wedding of Leah T. Nowicki and Donald A. Ward at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Amherst.

Monsignor Rupert A. Wright heard the vows of the stepdaughter and daughter of Bruce and Karen Gilewski of Williamsville and the son of Daniel and Darlene Ward of Angelica.

The couple will be at home in Corning, where the bride is a Spanish teacher in Corning High School and the bridegroom is a mechanical engineer with D. M. Yaw Consulting Inc. She is a graduate of Buffalo State College and he is a graduate of Alfred State College of Technology.

Mrs. Bartz
Monsignor John H. Bugman performed the nuptial ceremony for Julia Marie Sadewater and Jeffrey Michael Bartz at noon Saturday in Fourteen Holy Helpers Catholic Church, West Seneca.

A reception was given in Michael's Banquet Facility for the daughter of John E. and Mary K. Sadewater of Cheektowaga and the son of Diane Bartz of Lancaster and Frederick Bartz of Cheektowaga. After a trip to New Orleans, La., the newly married couple will be at home in Cheektowaga.

The bride is an assistant manager with William and Jefferson Inc. and the bridegroom is a store manager for the Record Exchange. They are Buffalo State College graduates.
