A DELICATE TOUCH

Andy Breidenbach, an employee of the St. Louis-based Russell-Marti Conservation Services, looks as though he might be performing brain surgery as he carefully works on a bust of Horatio Seymour, who served as governor of New York State in 1853-54 and 1863-64, outside of the Buffalo and Erie County Historical Society Museum Friday. The restoration firm has been cleaning up Buffalo's weather-worn statues since 1991.
