3:15 -- 7815 Buffalo Ave., Captain Bill's, petit larceny. Patricia A. McLellan said a bridge dive computer was taken from a display.

4:01 -- 500 block of Sixth Street, assault. A woman said a man punched her in the head.

4:11 -- 3228 East Falls St., criminal mischief. Clara Sczepczenski said two family vehicles were scratched with a key.

7:24 -- 214 58th St., petit larceny. Amanda L. Dixon said someone has been taking her mail for the last three weeks.

7:50 -- Packard Court, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. A woman said a man pushed her while he held her son.

8:22 -- Centre Court, assault. A woman said a man hit her in the head with the base to a glass table and dragged her outside, punching and kicking her.

9:03 -- 1618 18th St., Wilson Farms, petit larceny. A sales clerk said a man paid for a cookie, grabbed 12 packs of bacon from a cooler and ran out.

9:45 -- 2001 Pine Ave., assault. Kenneth Hutchinson said a man punched him in the jaw, knocking him down and leaving him unconscious for a few minutes.

9:45 -- 608 30th St., arrest. Michael D. Hall, 29, charged with failure to pay a fine.

9:55 -- 114 Buffalo Ave., arrest. Marie A. Battaglia, 65, charged with disorderly conduct.

10:06 -- 302 Rainbow Blvd., criminal mischief and larceny. A witness said two men and a woman went through a car owned by Art V. Carpio of Marietta, Ohio, breaking a window and taking clothing in a suitcase.

11:30 -- 721 19th St., Pete's Barber Shop, burglary. Peter A. Valenti said about $700 was taken from a front drawer.

12:04 -- 621 10th St., Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center, arrest. Kyle C. Jackson, 31, of Buffalo, charged with failure to appear.

1:38 -- 1700 Falls St., arrest. David T. Sajdak, 25, of B Street, charged with driving while intoxicated, driving the wrong way, failure to yield, imprudent speed and two counts of failure to stop.

2:20 -- 500 block of 29th Street, assault. A woman said a man refused to leave her home, pushed over her sofa, rubbed her face in the carpet and punched her in the face and eye.

3:40 -- 708 Eighth St., criminal mischief. Rose M. Barrand said three men cut into her car's convertible roof trying to gain entry, but fled when spotted.

7:14 -- 1401 College Ave., J.A. Brundage Drain Doctor, burglary. David C. Brundage said a rear garage door was pushed in, padlocks on two trucks were cut, and an interior door was forced open. Nothing appeared to be taken, he said.

9 -- 3024 23rd St., arrest. William G. Penn, 29, charged with burglary and petit larceny.

9:40 -- 1001 11th St., Trott Access Center, petit larceny. Kelly Burling of Miller Road, Town of Niagara, said her purse with a checkbook and personal papers was taken from behind the information desk.

11:30 -- 195 82nd St., burglary. Nicole M. Langer said $990 was stolen from the master bedroom as well as a gold and sapphire bracelet.

12:09 -- 1201 Pine Ave., Niagara Falls High School, arrest. Kenneth R.S. Ellison, 19, of Jordan Gardens, charged with assault after a witness said he and Alfred E. Huff were in a fight.

12:15 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Eyvonne Robinson, 35, of 10th Street, charged with criminal contempt.

12:49 -- Pine Avenue and 15th Street, arrest. Sheila F. Crittenden, 37, of Ontario Avenue, charged with failure to pay a surcharge.
