A couple of weeks ago, I read a story in the sports section of The News about the Kansas City Chiefs and how they market in a small area and take care of the parking lot at their stadium. It brought to mind a few differences I've seen at Rich Stadium this year.
Last year, there was a row of four "Johnnie on the Spots" placed in different areas of the parking lot. Now there is only one in each section, which means about one outside bathroom per 2,000 to 3,000 people. It is not unusual to stand in line for 45 minutes to an hour while waiting to use the facilities.
Also, last year the parking lot had numerous garbage cans so that those of us who care about keeping things clean could do our part to help out. Now there are none to be found.
Thanks again, Erie County and Buffalo Bills.
