Medaille College will kick off its "Wellness Fall '97" series with a 7 p.m. presentation today in the White House Conference Center on the campus at Parkside Avenue and Route 198.
Susan Spadinger, a counselor, poet, artist, journal consultant and campus minister, will discuss "Discover Your Best Self Using the Myers-Briggs Inventory."
Other presentations in the series, all at 7 p.m. in the White House, will include:
Oct. 22, Ms. Spadinger on "Journaling: A Tool to Move Forward in Life;" Oct. 29, Mary Weig, an artist, on hands-on art therapy; Nov. 5, David Keith Nehrboss and Sherry Hackett Nehrboss on the holistic health-building system "polarity therapy;" Nov. 12, Mary Gail Sovik, co-director of the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo, on Eastern meditation; Nov. 19, Jude Hammer, a registered nurse, on "Humor for Health;" Nov. 26, Diane Manchetti on "Free-Spirit Dance."
