4 -- 722 Portage Road, Haeberle Plaza parking lot, grand larceny. Marjorie M. Tatro said her purse with a bank debit card in it was taken from her unlocked van.

7:55 -- 343 Fourth St., harassment. Two women said a man was in the ladies' room and watched them through cracks in the stall doors.

8 -- 1024 Centre Ave., arrest. Javon M. Ridgeway, 17, of 16th Street, charged with two counts of driving with no license.

9:20 -- 754 61st St., arrests. Lawrence Lee Jr., 39, charged with criminal mischief, and Andrea A. DeFranco, 40, charged with assault.

9:45 -- 1848 Cleveland Ave., petit larceny. Nadia C. Booze said a man took her Social Security card and tried to order a pager with her name and Social Security number.

10:55 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Julianne V. Stewart-Hurrle, 36, of Norland, Ont., charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

12:17 -- 2220 Pine Ave., Como Restaurant parking lot, criminal mischief and petit larceny. Adam W. Mitchell of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, his vehicle's convertible top was slashed and a jacket was taken.

1:30 -- 1500 block of Cleveland Avenue, assault, menacing and criminal mischief. A woman said a man held a knife to her throat, pulled a phone from the wall, punched her in the stomach and cracked her car windows.

1:46 -- 138 1/2 71st St., harassment. A 17-year-old boy said a man punched him in the head.

2 -- 1900 Niagara St., arrest. Matthew P. Boos, 17, of 67th Street, charged with reckless driving, violating a restricted license, and leaving the scene of a property damage incident.

2 -- 7811 Niagara Falls Blvd., arrests. Jackie E. Sturrick, 33, of Ontario, Donna L. Giles, 47, of Sebright, Ont., and Tani T. Crate, 24, of Orillia, Ont., charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

3:20 -- 7202 Buffalo Ave., Debbie's Bar, assault. Glenn R. Strzelczyk of North Tonawanda said a man accused him of dancing with his girlfriend and punched him.

4:45 -- 6600 Niagara Falls Blvd., arrest. Bernard V. Tyler, 17, of Ontario Avenue, charged with failure to appear, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation, failure to signal, no seat belt and unlicensed operation.

7:15 -- 526 18th St., petit larceny. Timothy M. Steiner said a man took two VCRs from his home.

9:50 -- 300 block of Portage Road, criminal mischief. A woman said a boy asked her for a portable headphone radio and when she said it was gone he threatened her and kicked in her door.

9:50 -- 350 Third St., Radisson Hotel parking ramp, criminal mischief and petit larceny. Donnie L. Lawson of Harrodsburg, Ky., said his van was smashed and a camera and souvenirs were stolen. The vehicle's interior also was damaged.

10 -- 2230 Falls St., petit larceny. William F. Garrow Sr. said his cell phone was stolen.

10:35 -- 613 Tronolone Place, arrest. Jason F. Pryor, 16, of Tronolone Place, charged with assault after a 12-year-old girl said he threw a beer bottle, which struck her in the abdomen, and threw a large tree limb at her, striking her arm.

11:30 -- 300 Third St., criminal mischief. Constance M. Schaffter of Wadsworth, Ohio, said her van window was broken and the interior messed up.

1:05 -- 531 16th St., petit larceny. Brenda J. Stone said a man left without paying for a box of grapes which he picked from her vines, but when police called him and spoke with him, he said he would return the grapes.
