Computer Task Group of Buffalo has signed a $1 million contract to customize and implement a health care information system from Shared Medical Systems Corp. for Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Dresser-Rand's Turbo Products Division in Olean has won the 1997 Dresser Industries' Technology Council Recognition Award for its development of the EBraze welding process. The EBraze technology was developed to be used on impellers for the company's DATUM centrifugal compressor line. Impellers are the key component in the centrifugal compressor.
