PATRICIA I. MARTIN, RETIRED LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Patricia "Patti" I. Martin, 63, of Autumnview Drive, died Friday (Oct. 10, 1997) in Inter-Community Memorial Hospital, Newfane, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Youngstown, Ohio, the former Patricia Bullman lived in Niagara Falls for about 30 years before moving to Wilson eight years ago.

She worked as an assistant laboratory technician at Invanex Pharmaceutical, Grand Island, for 15 years before her retirement in 1984.

Mrs. Martin was a member of the ladies auxiliaries of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and of John J. Welch American Legion Post 381, Niagara Falls.

She enjoyed sewing clothes and Halloween costumes for her grandchildren. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed traveling and cooking, and did charity work for the American Legion and Children's Hospital, Buffalo.

Survivors include her son, Michael S. Gruendler, and her daughter, Bambi L. Caraglin, both of Youngstown; and five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
