THURSDAY

P.M.

3:15 -- 705 Ashland Ave., second-degree burglary. A woman said someone stole some bath items.

3:43 -- 4700 block of Buffalo Avenue, petit larceny. A Buffalo woman said her cell phone was stolen from her car.

4:15 -- 468 Eighth St., grand larceny. A woman said five rings valued at $1,400 were stolen.

4:20 -- 622 22nd St., second-degree burglary. A woman said her home was entered through a bedroom window, a drawer was rifled through and approximately $120 in coins in a bottle, a game system and 15 compact discs were stolen.

4:35 -- 1728 Pierce Ave., petit larceny. A Memorial Parkway man said his unlocked bicycle was stolen from a parking lot.

4:35 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., Public Safety Building, arrest. Ahmed H. McCray, 19, of Cudaback Avenue, charged on warrants with failure to pay fines and failure to appear.

5:15 -- 1112 South Ave., fourth-degree grand larceny. A Park Place woman said her fanny pack with keys in it was either stolen or accidentally picked up from under her desk at school.

6:20 -- 2304 Pine Ave., grand larceny. An 89th Street woman said her wallet with personal papers, a driver's license and $5 or $10 were taken from her locked car.

7:09 -- 2423 Whitney Ave., petit larceny. A man said a bicycle was stolen from his unlocked garage.

8 -- 442 Memorial Parkway, arrest. Eugene Hilson, 53, of Memorial Parkway, charged with third-degree assault.

8 -- 2221 Niagara St., second-degree burglary. A woman said a window screen was cut, her apartment entered and a jewelry box containing about $5,000 worth of jewels was stolen.

8:10 -- 25 A St., second-degree harassment. A woman said a man became violent with her and pushed her into the wall and then fled. The man told police the woman got mad and was punching, kicking and scratching his face and then he held her arms and pushed her up against a wall to stop her and then she spit in his face.

9:16 2254 Grand Ave., second-degree burglary. A man said a screen window was cut and a $2,327 computer system and a $500 color printer was stolen.

9:35 -- 1504 Pine Ave., Wilson Farms, petit larceny. A man grabbed a rack of 200 Bic lighters valued at $218 and fled.

11:20 -- 72nd Street and Edison Avenue, arrest. Michael K. Roulley, 34, of 74th Street, charged with driving while intoxicated and no insurance.

11:50 -- 1500 Main St., Wilson Farms, petit larceny. A man grabbed 30 compact discs, valued at $270 and then fled.

11:55 -- Ninth Street and Grove Avenue, arrest. Christopher L. Cauley III, 28, of Hyde Park Boulevard, charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, no turn signal, open alcohol in a vehicle and a failure to appear warrant.

A.M.

12:05 -- 2600 block of Niagara Street, menacing and second-degree harassment. A McKoon Avenue woman said a man made suggestive/rude comments to her from his van, then got out of the van and stopped her. Another man with a cane argued with her and lifted his cane to her in a threatening manner.

6:35 -- 2020 Grand Ave., third-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. The driver's side window of a car was shattered and two books were stolen.

7:59 -- 2422 Whitney Ave., fourth-degree criminal mischief. A man said his vehicle's front passenger side window was broken, the inside was ransacked and $1.50 in change and a portable clock were stolen.

7:59 -- 2427 Pierce Ave., fourth-degree criminal mischief. A man said his vehicle's back door was pried open, the inside was ransacked and about $5 worth of change was stolen.

7:59 -- 2431 Pierce Ave., alley, fourth-degree criminal mischief and petit larceny. A van was entered with a crowbar and a unlocked car was entered. Both were ransacked and $5 in changed and personal papers were stolen from the van.

8:10 -- 566 79th St., petit larceny. A woman said Halloween decorations were stolen from her yard.

8:30 -- 2702 LaSalle Ave., criminal mischief and petit larceny. A man said his van's driver's side door window was broken and a portable cassette player and tapes were stolen.

9 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Gina M. Healey, 29, of Krull Parkway, charged with a city ordinance violation.

9:30 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Sheri C. Rhodes, 36, of 61st Street, charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.

9:30 -- 162 62nd St., criminal impersonation. A woman said a man came to her house and said he was from Social Services and wanted to inspect her neighbor's house. Social Services had no record of a visit.

9:40 -- 520 Hyde Park Blvd., arrest. Michale T. Lester, 17, of Pierce Avenue, charged with third-degree assault.

10:20 -- 753 Pierce Ave., burglary. A woman said her home was entered by someone who broke the glass in a door and took a VCR, stereo, television, and new baby clothes.

11:45 -- 1744 Elmwood Ave., fourth-degree criminal mischief and larceny. A man said his vehicle's front window was broken and a portable cassette player, a radar detector and his wallet were stolen.

12:01 -- 220 76th St., petit larceny. A woman said Halloween decorations were stolen from her yard.

12:40 -- 1000 Portage Road, Tops Market, arrest. Anthony R. Bundy, 27, of Spruce Avenue, charged with petit larceny.

12:59 -- 607 Walnut Ave., arrest. Davina Taylor, 26, of Robinson Court, charged with third-degree burglary.

1 -- Lewiston Bridge, arrest. Emmenuel A. Abban, 51, of Ghana charged on an illegal entry warrant.
