Tri-County Memorial Hospital in Gowanda and Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw will receive state grants under the Rural Health Care Access Development Program, Assembly Minority Leader Thomas M. Reynolds, R-Springville, said Wednesday.

Tri-County will receive $274,841, while Wyoming County Community will receive $215,229. Reynolds said the funding will be used to find uses for excess acute care beds, diversify hospital services, developing long-term finance or resource plans, integrating services with other health-care providers in the area and joining a rural health network.
