A Dunkirk man and woman face drug charges after they were caught with $1,000 worth of crack cocaine packaged for sale, police said.
Dunkirk Police said they arrested David Delrio, 28, and Amber L. Duman, 20, both of East Sixth Street on multiple drug charges following a raid on their home. Officers got a search warrant for the apartment after a three-month investigation sparked by calls from neighbors to the Dunkirk Police Crime Hot Line.
Police said they also seized a car, crack pipes, drug-packaging materials and $1,200 in cash.
The suspects are charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal nuisance. Delrio also is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance. Both were sent to Dunkirk City Jail with no bail set.
